Contact Engineering TeamProduct Overview
The BANCE-Applicator2 is a manually propelled trolley designed to apply Interflon LeafGard solution to both rail heads simultaneously, providing consistent and controlled coverage across the full track width in a single pass.
Peristaltic pumps are driven directly by the rail wheels, meaning the pumps only operate when the trolley is in motion. This ensures accurate, proportional application without waste or over-application. Isolating valves in each feed line allow the operator to control or shut off flow independently to each rail.
The 10-litre Interflon container is mounted directly on the joining frame. Front white marker lights and a rear red light are each switched individually, supporting safe working during possession windows. The trolley and handle store in a carry bag for straightforward transportation.
