BANCE-Cart 4

The BANCE-Cart 4 is a lightweight, battery electric motorised track trolley with a 4-seat configuration. The aluminium chassis splits into two sections for ease of manual handling in difficult access areas including underground metros and elevated sections. Multiple BANCE-Carts and BANCE-Trails can be linked together and operated as one unit to increase haulage volumes. Features single lever joystick control, electromagnetic fail-safe brakes, and maintenance-free sealed batteries. Environmentally friendly, no emissions, no noise, no vibration.

BANCE-Mule

Motorised 1-tonne rail platform for the safe and easy movement of heavy materials along the track.

The BANCE-Mule is an electrically powered motorised platform designed for safe and efficient transportation of heavy materials up to 1,000 kg. Powered by two 24V electric motors with four forward speeds, it features regenerative braking and dual disc fail-safe parking brakes that engage automatically on zero speed, low battery, or power failure. The splitting and folding design allows easy storage and transportation, the heaviest single section is just 53.5 kg. Operated via a handheld dead-man control unit with variable speed, emergency stop, and battery indicator. Available in standard 1435 mm gauge and other widths on request.

BANCE-Trail

Towable rail trailer with 2,000 kg capacity, suitable for cable laying, materials haulage, personnel transport, and more.

The BANCE-Trail is a versatile towable rail trailer with a 2,000 kg loading capacity and Network Rail Product Acceptance (PA05/07148). Built from welded aluminium tube on high-grade steel axles, it features automatic fail-safe drum brakes that engage on power failure or disconnection, plus automatic red/white directional marker lights. Multiple trailers can be linked and towed simultaneously from either end. Application areas include cable laying, conductor rail de-icing, rail moving, crane lifting, vegetation management, personnel carrying, and welding equipment transport. Optional tops include flat timber or aluminium, well sections, seating, and specialist applicators.
